Sports Update
Girls Hockey
Last Saturday the Senior teams were up against Loreto Foxrock. The Senior 1s won 2-1, Senior 2s and 4s lost, and Senior 3s drew. Yesterday the 2s were back in action against The High School recording a 3-3 draw. Good luck to the Senior 1s who play Mount Anville in their first league game on Saturday.
Junior As won 2-1, Junior Bs drew 2-2, Junior Cs won 3-0 and Junior Ds lost 1-0 against Foxrock last Saturday. With the Transition Year students out getting their results yesterday, the Third Year Junior teams were in action against The High School. The A team lost 2-1 and the B team drew 0-0.

Minor As lost 3-1, Minor Bs drew 1-1 and Minor Cs lost 4-1 against Foxrock on Saturday. Both the A and B team were on the pitch againyesterday against The High School, this time recording a 4-0 and 3-2 win respectively.
Good luck to all the first years in their blitz on Saturday against Mount Anville and Loreto Foxrock.
Rugby
The 1st and 2nd XV's played Castleknock at home on Wedneday. Both teams lost by 6 points against strong organised opponents. The 1st XV lost 27-21 while the 2nd's lost 28-22. Gary Hawe scored two great individual tries for the 1st's and Joe O'Connor added a late one while Luke Fitzpatrick, Zac McMullan and the unstoppable Daniel Molina crossed the line for the 2nd's. The Juniors were also in action against Castleknock but were beaten by a very strong side. Hard luck to the Under 15 A's who lost 19-24 and well done to the B's who won 37-22, both against Temple Carrig. Well done to the Under 14's who won their blitz by 6 games to 3 against Templeogue.
