Girls Hockey 

Congratulations to Lynn Pomeroy who got selected for the Leinster u18 hockey team. An excellent achievement and we wish her all the best in the Interpros up in Belfast at the end of October.

A number of teams were in action on Wednesday in friendlies against St Gerard's. The Senior 2's won along with the Minor A's and B's.Commiserations to the Senior 3's who lost their match. The Junior C and D teams played St Columba's recording a 2-1 loss and a win respectively. 

The First years took part in a blitz in St Gerard's on Wednesday. The girls had a great afternoon and played some super hockey. The overall results were 7 wins, 7 loses and 2 draws.  

Boys Rugby 

Senior firsts lost away 29-11 to CBC Monkstown in a friendly on Wednesday but the 2nd XV beat CBC 16-14.  Jack Atkinson and James McEvoy played well for the firsts while Harry Fanning, Alfred Oropo and Jack Fish were excellent for the seconds.  Check out all the photos from the senior matches here. The Under 15 B's who beat Templeogue 45-19. While the Under 14's played a blitz in St. Andrew's, in which they won 3, drew 1 and lost 5 of their games.  

Girls Rugby 

It was great to have lots of new players having fun and giving Wesley rugby 7's a try! The girls are currently playing non-contact, with training on Mondays and Tuesdays, new players are always welcome to join up or just give it a 'try' to see if they are interested.
