Rugby

Hard luck to the JCT who lost 26-17 against Temple Carrig in the league on Wednesday. The Under 15 teams continued their great runs of form winning well against St. Mary's, with a special mention to Ben Stewart who was the stand out player on the C's. Hard luck to the Under 14 A's and B's who both lost against Pres Bray. The A's score was 35-10 with Harry Corrigan getting over the line for our only try, converted by Jonathan Cazzini who also converted a penalty. James Cassidy, Josh Gill and Jamie Byrne scored tries for the B's but it didn't prove enough with a final score of 41-19. Well done to the C's who played out a 45-45 thriller, coming back from 35-15 down, with Milo McCaughey running in 7 tries.

The Senior 3'had a comfortable win against Castleknock, while the SCT had a tough day on the pitch against St. Andrew's.  Check out photographs from our home Rugby matches here.

Hockey

Ahead of the All-Irelands that are taking place in Cork next week, the Senior 1st boys played Wallace in a friendly on Wednesday, drawing 2-2. Good luck to the boys next week.

The Junior B girls had a comfortable win against St Columbas on Wednesday with a hatrick from Sophie Wall and Sarah McSweeney. The Senior 2's lost 4-1 to Columba's Senior 1's. Carla Tully scored a super goal following a nice combination of passes around the right-hand side of the circle.  Have a look at all the photos here.
