Agricultural Science Talk

A big thank you to 'Tommy the Vet' for facilitating a brilliant discussion on the challenges facing Irish beef and dairy farmers with Ag Science students (along with St Columbas students and also UCD PME teachers) on Wednesday. A wide ranging, relevant and informative session where issues such as social license, supporting farmers, antibiotic resistance, agriculture & the environment, marketing and managing male calves were discussed - perfectly reflecting the new specification’s cross-cutting themes.
