Gold Standard Distinction for Senior Choir

Senior Choir have distinguished themselves for the fourth consecutive year in the Royal Irish Academy of Music’s Gold Standard Choral Singing Exam. The examiner praised their tonal colouring, excellent diction, subtle phrasing and ability to connect with the music. She could also tell that there was a real sense of enjoyment and story-telling in their performances. They earned an impressively high mark of 92% in the Gold Standard exam and were awarded a Distinction at this very high level of choral singing.
