Cricket has been played in Wesley College since the 1860’s. It is a summer sport enjoyed by both male and female students from all years. We have teams competing at 1st Year, Junior and Senior levels in Leinster competitions, and we have tasted much success in recent years. Wesley players have also gone on to be selected for both inter-provincial, Irish schools and full Senior International level teams. 

We have excellent facilities and the ground has several grass wickets and one artificial wicket surrounded by an outfield of flat well kept grass. We also have a three lane artificial wicket practice nets area for all players to perfect their skills. In our sports hall, there are indoor nets for practice.
